Ryan Peirce
CEO
Ryan began his career with Novo in 2000, eventually purchasing the company in 2004. Being at the center of all things Novo for over 20 years, Ryan is heavily involved in the growth, successful performance, and culture of the organization. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Nevada and remains involved in supporting various programs at the university, as well as other community organizations. He is also a member of WERC and participates in many industry conferences around the country.
Outside of Novo, Ryan values spending his time with his wife and daughter and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.
Greg Younghans
President
Greg joined the Novo team in 2014, bringing with him over 16 years of experience in the third-party logistics industry. Having held various roles throughout his career, including project management, quality, operations, and executive management, Greg knows the ins and outs of what Novo continues to bring to our partners.
Greg is a proud graduate of Clemson University. Outside of work at Novo, he enjoys cheering on Clemson at various sporting events, boating, and spending time with his wife and four children.

Dong is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and outside of work, enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Jeff Hiott
VP of Operations
Outside of managing operations at Novo, Jeff is an avid golfer and enjoys spending as much time as he can out on the course.
