Meet Novo Leadership Team
Ryan Peirce
CEORyan began his career with Novo in 2000, eventually purchasing the company in 2004. Being at the center of all things Novo for over 20 years, Ryan is heavily involved in the growth, successful performance, and culture of the organization. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Nevada and remains involved in supporting various programs at the university, as well as other community organizations.
Outside of Novo, Ryan values spending his time with his wife and daughter and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities.
Greg Younghans
PresidentGreg joined the Novo team in 2014, bringing with him over 16 years of experience in the third-party logistics industry. Having held various roles throughout his career, including project management, quality, operations, and executive management, Greg knows the ins and outs of what Novo continues to bring to our partners. Greg is a proud graduate of Clemson University.
Outside of work at Novo, he enjoys cheering on Clemson at various sporting events, boating, and spending time with his wife and four children.
Dong Min
CFODong has been responsible for leading all financial operations within Novo since 2012. Before joining the team, he held many prestigious leadership positions in the sales and contracting industries.
Dong is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and outside of work, enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
Jeff Hiott
VP of OperationsJeff joined Novo in 2015, contributing a combined 25 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry. Jeff’s leadership has led to the development of winning teams here at Novo, ones that increase productivity, reduce costs, improve customer service, and strengthen our customer relationships. Jeff earned his undergraduate degree and MBA from Ball State University.
Outside of managing operations at Novo, Jeff is an avid golfer and enjoys spending as much time as he can out on the course.
Rebecca Cherry
VP of OperationsRebecca “Becky” Cherry is a results-driven operations leader with extensive experience across big box retail, global automotive, and energy sectors. Throughout her career, she has successfully led multi-million-dollar initiatives, managed $100M+ supply chain portfolios, and overseen more than $450M in facilities investments—consistently delivering projects on time, on budget, and with measurable performance impact.
Becky is known for building and developing high-performing teams, optimizing complex operations, and advancing strategic initiatives grounded in lean and Six Sigma methodologies, ISO 9000/QS 9000 standards, and 8D problem solving. She brings deep technical and operational expertise with platforms including Merch Logix, JD Edwards, and Microsoft Office.
At Novo Logistics, Becky leads with a strong focus on operational excellence, continuous improvement, and empowering people to perform at their best.
Sam Reviglio
VP of Risk and Compliance / Corporate CounselWith significant experience in complex commercial litigation at the federal and state court levels, Sam joined the Novo Logistics team in 2024. She brings crucial experience in business transactions, real estate transactions, and drafting and negotiating various contracts.
Prior to joining Novo, Sam worked as an associate at Robertson, Johnson, Miller & Williamson, Brownstein, Hyatt, Farber and Schreck, and served as a judicial law clerk. Graduating From the University of Nevada, Reno and going on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Sam joins Novo as a proud Nevadan, like numerous members of our Reno/Sparks-based team. Outside of Novo, Sam enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Wolf Pack!
