Yes. While we have strong hubs in Reno and Indianapolis, a major benefit of contract logistics is mobility. NOVO can source real estate, negotiate leases, and stand up a fully staffed facility in any market closer to your manufacturing plant or customer base. We currently do this for dedicated partners across the country.
HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL CONTRACT TERM?
Because dedicated warehousing involves significant investment in facility setup and dedicated staff, terms generally range from 3 to 5 years. This stability allows us to amortize startup costs and drive long-term efficiency improvements.
DO I NEED TO OWN THE BUILDING?
No. NOVO can hold the lease, or we can operate within a facility you already own or lease. The model is flexible—our primary role is to provide the management, labor, and technology to run the four walls efficiently.
HOW DOES THIS DIFFER FROM SHARED WAREHOUSING?
