The Votes Are In – Novo Reaches “Finalist” Status in 2022 Best Places to Work Campaign.
Late last week, our team received the news that Novo Logistics was ear-marked a finalist for the 2022 Best Places To Work Award in the “Small Business Category.” Needless to say, we were thrilled to receive the news.
The awards, organized by the Northern Nevada Business Weekly, are based on responses given on surveys completed by employees. Each survey contains 30 scored items across six categories, such as communication and resources, manager effectiveness, trust in leadership and more. According to the NNBW, the surveys are “scored on a six-point Likert-scale from Strongly Agree to Strongly Disagree, the 30 scored items are designed to measure employee engagement and other workplace factors. Best Places to Work gives organizations the chance to compete to be recognized as a place where people love to work. Held annually, Best Places to Work honors superior organizations where voices are heard, cultures are thriving, and employees are engaged.
