Novo takes the security of its Site and the information transmitted through it seriously. The following conduct constitutes a security violation and is strictly prohibited:

- Attempting to interfere with the availability of the Site, including through denial-of-service attacks or similar means.

Novo reserves the right to investigate suspected security violations and to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who have participated in such violations. Violations may result in civil or criminal liability.
In the event of a data security breach affecting Personally Identifiable Information (as defined in our Privacy Policy), Novo will provide notification to affected individuals as required by applicable law, including the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 603A.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations when using the Site, including without limitation:
- Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A – Security and Privacy of Personal Information (including amendments enacted pursuant to SB 220).
